The song was first teased as a snippet, uploaded to PinkPantheress' official Tiktok account on March 29, 2024,[1] with text saying "omgeee. what is that melody??? 🤔🤔🤔❤️", with the caption "you cant take me anywhere omg #fypシ #music #fyp #newmusic #cute", along with many other videos. The snippet has started gaining popularity ever since the videos released.
Later on, a video uploaded on Pink's official account on May 22, 2024,[2] in which she was asking the audience if she can release the song on Friday that same week (presumably due to it's high demand and popularity).
Seeming as that video got positive responses, another video was released afterwards on Pink's second account a few hours later,[3] confirming the release date of the song being that same day.
The song's release was also confirmed on PinkPantheress' official Twitter,[4] with the confirmation of the song's title.
